I officially consider myself to be a "recovering people pleaser." However, that doesn't make it any easier for me to be completely honest in saying....I didn't "feel the love" for this album! Not because it was awful by any means, but just because I was either not familiar with or not a fan of any of the other artists (or their music styles). If this album proves anything, though, it is that Norah Jones is an extremely talented, versatile artist.
I really like Norah Jones' voice (and I adore her piano skills!). I have her "Come Away With Me" album and her music is so classy, cool, and soothing! I even had it playing when I was in labor with my first child.
The new album, ...Featuring, is a collection of cameos, collaborations, and duets with other legendary singers such as Willie Nelson, Ray Charles, and Dolly Parton, just to name a few. But Norah also goes on to combine her talents with newer stars including Outkast and the Foo Fighters.

Is it a bad album? Absolutely not. It's just simply not my preferred style. But I still love Norah's beautiful voice and her instrumental talent, and I look forward to her future albums.
