The Jesus Storybook Bible
is, in my opinion, the BEST children's Bible available. It is amazing. We read it all the time, and my girls love to look through it on their own. When I read them the stories during the day and before bed, I think it is safe to say that every.single.time. I am brought to tears. Seriously! God certainly used the gifts of the author to use His Word to speak to the reader, because just like the cover says, every story really DOES whisper His name!
But as if the book couldn't get any better, it is also adorned with "notes" written and drawn by my 4 and 2 year old (at the time) daughters. They like to keep "notes" in their Bible, just like their mommy and their nanny. :)

Our Bible has been through a lot...there are tattered and torn pages, a lot of tape, lots of scribbles, a worn cover with bent edges, and repaired binding....but all because it's well loved. And I couldn't choose a better book to have my kids prefer. A Bible is supposed to be well used. ;)

We LOVE our Jesus Storybook Bible too. Anderson loves sitting down for family worship each night and reading a story from it...although, I think that Brett and I might like it even more!
We also like to watch the What's in the Bible DVDs because they often go along with the stories and it's fun to see Andy tying all of those things together! :)
This is our favorite children's Bible! The stories are great (they often make me tear up, too!). My son is still a little young to understand them, but I know he will love them as he gets older. Such a great Bible :)
