I have a Speed Queen washer and I LOVE IT!! It really is amazing, folks. I admit, it looks a little "old school" when you consider all the pretty little bells and whistles you can find on most washers and dryers these days. But it does what is most important for a washer to do- it washes clothes quickly and it washes them WELL! Before we bought our Speed Queen, we had a "nice" new HE top loader without the agitator. I loved it at first, until I realized it wasn't doing it's job well. So we passed it on and bought a Speed Queen at a local store (where they say they can't keep the Speed Queens in stock, as they go so fast!), and I've loved every minute of owning it. It's GREAT for all kinds of washes, and if you cloth diaper like we do- this is the washer you want!!!
